On Wednesday, Nov. 13, USA Swimming announced the full list of 2023-2024 Scholastic All-America recipients. The lists consist of 1,790 athletes in grades 9-12 who maintained a minimum 3.5 grade point average (GPA) and have swam an individual pool time equal to or faster than the 2023 Winter Junior National qualifying time in any individual event during the qualifying period of September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024.
